The room was spacious, and I appreciated having a king bed. It was nice that the place was pet-friendly, which meant we could bring our dog along for the trip. The stay offered a good atmosphere for relaxing after our day out. 😊

Heritage Inn in Whittier had some decent aspects, but overall, it left much to be desired. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool during the hot days. The flat-screen TV provided ample entertainment options during downtime, which I appreciated. However, I faced several issues. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to breathe. The bathroom was in poor condition, with cracked mirrors and a shower that didn’t feel clean. I noticed questionable tagging on the walls, which gave the place a rundown feel. I had to ask for a refund due to the state of the room, as it was honestly the worst experience I’ve encountered at a hotel. Much improvement is needed to bring the standards up.

the heritage inn was an absoluteley terrible experience. i almost gave a good review, but where was my complimentary welcome gift? apparently, being a guest here means nothing. totally a downgrade from what i expected, such a shame.

Honestly, the moments we tried to enjoy our family holiday were overshadowed by the overall experience. I kept thinking about the stained linens, and there was just a bad vibe, like not safe at all. Found a syringe inside the pillow! ! Really? ?

It wasn’t cheap staying here, and I expected a much better experience.

It was handy to have a large room for our family and the kids enjoyed the pet-friendly environment. The spacious layout allowed us to unwind after a long day of exploring the areas nearby, including a fun trip to Microsoft Theater, which is not far!

For dads, it would be great if the bathroom was cleaner.
